My name is Nguyen Thanh but my colleagues call me Sam. Before becoming an employee at FASTCODING VN. I got the interview and I was accepted for the job in FASTCODING VN. I really appreciate all the opportunities that the company has given to me.

At first, I would say that front end was the thing I did the worst, because I had no artistic talent. But ever since I joined in the company, that thing in me has changed about that, I can do all the interfaces that the customer requires. Of course, not everything went smoothly, I also failed and stumbled a lot. But all is just the past. Me at the current is very different. If you ask me what my secret is, I will reply: “I don’t have any secret. I just try and try harder than I was yesterday”

I am also very grateful my colleagues, they have helped me a lot, from being a quiet person to being active and improve in work a lot. Thank you all!

I was a real estate agent with a burning passion for Information Technology.
After learning the basics about Front end, I had the opportunity to become a trainee in FASTCODING VN.

On the first few days of work in here, I was mentored by my leader and the coding quality was improved everyday.

VO THI YEN NGOC – Everyone loves to call me “Yen”. I graduated from The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, majoring in Russian-English bilingual. In the fourth year of University, I started with my part-time job to gain experience, preparing for my future career.

I used to work as a translator (English – Vietnamese) for an Information Technology start-up company, besides that I also worked as a tester, simply a technology user.

Since then, the technology environment attracted me even stronger. After graduating, I worked for a multimedia company for a period of time and I started to work in FASTCODING as a tester. Now I am a real Tester, every project in the company must be checked by me before they can be delivered to clients.

My previous working experience was as a General Affairs staff in a furniture company after graduating from University with Business major, back then I only knew some basic IT skills. After 8 years of living and working in Japan I had the chance to work at FASTCODING Vietnam. I worked in Customer Support position for the first 3 months here and I was in charge for Sub(Web) Director after that. Thanks to the dynamic environment and also the friendly guidance from my colleagues, now I can handle tasks for both Customer Support and Sub(Web) Director positions, and I can confidently test the product before it is delivered to the fastidious Japanese clients.

Vietnamese has a quote: “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”. At FASTCODING, I believe that I can improve, cultivate myself more comprehensively, learn more from my colleagues and get bettter everyday alongside with other FASTCODING members.

I joined in FASTCODING from the day I graduated from University, I have been for more than 6 years since then. I started as a probationary employee without any experience. With the effort I put in as well as with the help from everyone, I have now become a Developer which I have always wanted, I am now able to handle and finish all assigned tasks.

FASTCODING is like a big family to me, not just a place to go to work. Deliver the best product to the clients.

UX/UI DESIGNER

Even though I was already an experienced UI/UX designer with quite a few years of professional work, I was still surprised with how thoughtful yet still full of light and creativity that the Japanese design style carries. It made me realize that I would have to try and learn more about this field!

At first, I was not very familiar with Japanese design style because there were too many letters and I did not know Japanese at all! But it is not too difficult for me to exchange as well as learn and work here, because everyone here is super friendly, I could always get help whenever I needed!!
After 1 year, I wanted to try with Video editor position, and once again, my boss and colleagues all supported me to study online and created opportunities for me to develop more with making videos! Now, after nearly a year of learning and making videos, I’m pretty good at it!

I am very respectful and grateful to this place for helping me to develop myself, learn new things, and still bring certain values to the company!

At least 2+ year of experience in HTML5 / CSS3 / JS.

University/College graduates in Information Technology major.

Test basic contents
Test functionalities
Report issues by using bug tracking tools
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed test plans and test cases
Identify, record and track bugs
Perform thorough testing when bugs are resolved
Monitor debugging process results
Directly report to pm/qc lead in the account
Work alongside the development team to advise on testing of new features, debug and solve quality issues

Good command of English communication, both verbal and writing.
1-2 years of experience as a Tester or QC.
